The NanoZoomer S60v2 FL  (Hamamatsu) is a digital slide scanner designed for the digitisation of histological samples in research. It enables image acquisition in both brightfield and multichannel fluorescence (up to 6 channels), with high resolution (down to ~0.23 µm/pixel at 40×) and advanced analysis options such as Z‑stack.

The system offers high throughput and fast scanning, with the capacity to process up to 60 standard slides (or 30 large-format slides) and digitise full samples in short times. It is intended to facilitate the virtualisation and digital analysis of tissue samples, with applications in biomedical research and pathology studies.
