The Pala Single Cell Sorter and Dispenser (Bio-Techne) is a benchtop system designed for the automated isolation, sorting and dispensing of single cells. It combines microfluidics, flow cytometry and liquid dispensing technologies, enabling the identification and isolation of cells based on fluorescence and their deposition into 96- or 384-well plates within minutes.
The system stands out for its speed, ease of use and gentle handling of samples, operating at low pressure to preserve cell viability. It offers high accuracy in single-cell dispensing and supports a wide range of cell types and applications, including advanced cell biology, cell line development, genetic engineering and single-cell studies.
