Theatre Room, CiMUS
Conference series about Gender Equity and Inclusion
sixth talk in the Conferences series about gender equity and inclusion organised by CiMUS.
About:
Since 2012, CESGA has been committed to promoting the technological field with a gender perspective, given the under-representation of women in the sector. To this end, it holds an event, in which hundreds of primary and secondary school students from all over Galicia participate, aimed at giving visibility to the group of women entrepreneurs in the field of ICT, as well as offering a space for exchange and communication between them and children.
Bio:

Her work consists of supporting educational researchers and teachers in applying ICT to their practices and projects, collaborating with other EU institutions to explore the possibilities of e-learning in common projects. Her PhD deals with the integration of cloud computing in teaching and learning processes, mainly in rural/isolated schools.
The talk will be given in Galician language.
