About

This talk will focus on andrographolide, the principal bioactive compound of Andrographis paniculata, a well-known herb used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. I will share our research efforts aimed at unravelling the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of andrographolide and its related compounds. Through this work, the immense potential of harnessing natural products in the design and development of small-molecule therapeutics is highlighted.
