3Brain AG is giving a technical seminar on electrophysiology with HD-MEA Systems (High-Density Microelectrode Arrays).
Here some specific examples:
- Validation of disease models (epilepsy, stroke, Alzheimer’s, migraine) at the single-cell and neuronal network levels.
- Longitudinal studies to correlate genetic mutations with electrical activity changes.
- Evaluation of hiPSC-derived cultures (e.g., dopaminergic neurons) and neurospheres.
- The need for an accesible technique for research groups without prior patch-clamp experiences, yet capable of delivering high-impact results for publications and competitive projects.
Our HD-MEA system with 4096 electrodes enables the recording of intact organoids without the need for a vibratome, and allows for non-invasive monitoring of functional development in 2D cultures.
We believe this seminar will provide valuable insights for multiple active research lines at CiMUS.
Please find attached a PDF brochure with detailed information about the system and application examples.
