Three questions will be raised which we will try to answer. 1.-Why are there metabolically healthy obese people? Can these discordant phenotypes help in the therapeutics of obesity? 2.-Is the microbiota the link between the obesity epidemic and changes in lifestyles? 3.-Do we eat better than our remote ancestors?

Bio:

FJ Tinahones has an extensive experience in scientific research in the field of nutrition, obesity, comorbidities and advances in endocrinology with more than 35 competitive public projects (national and international), several patents, and more than 125 clinical trials in these areas. He is the National Award for the best group career from the SEEN and has received numerous awards for communications and research projects. Of note, he is highly cited (>23 thousand) and h-index number of 73.
