V CiMUS Annual Workshop

On the 19th of December, we will resume the activity of the Annual CiMUS Workshop to hold its V edition, a one-day internal* and presential event aimed at sharing and disseminating the scientific work carried out in our Centre.

The workshop is specifically tailored to showcase the research of our PhD students and early postdocs, who will have the opportunity to present their work in short talks and posters. Prizes will be awarded in both categories. There will also be plenty of time for interaction and a keynote seminar by a distinguished invited speaker.

As in previous editions, the program will include a KEYNOTE CONFERENCE that will be given by Ángel Nebreda, ICREA Research Professor, ERC Advanced Grant and group leader of the Signalling and Cell Cycle Laboratory at IRB, Barcelona. This lecture will be entitled:

"Exploring tumor vulnerabilities by targeting stress kinase signaling"

We expect everyone at CiMUS to be involved in this event and we strongly encourage you to save the date. While more information, including registration instructions and abstract submission, will follow up soon on the WEBSITE, here are the key dates to remember:

• Abstract submission deadline:  12 November 2024.
• Deadline for registration: 3 December, 2024.
