PhD Student
We are looking for candidates interested in a PhD position to join the groups of Prof. MJ Alonso and Prof. N.
Csaba, at the Center for Research in Molecular Medicine and Chronic Diseases (CiMUS) of the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), Spain.
What we offer:
- Joining an international research project in vaccine delivery.
- Learning and applying advanced technologies for in vitro pharmaceutical development, cell culture, and participate to in vivo assays, within a framework of national and international collaborations.
- Joining the official Doctoral Program of the USC “Investigación y desarrollo de medicamentos” that complies with the highest quality standards.
- Contract support for your first year, which may be followed by additional Ph.D. fellowship support.
What we are looking for:
- Official Master Degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or Biomedicine, that gives access to a doctoral program.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Interest for an international research stay of at least 3 months will be positively evaluated.
- Previous experience in laboratory activities and/or writing scientific documents will be positively evaluated.
- Good level of English is a must.
