The BD Rhapsody™ system is ideal for studying cellular heterogeneity, combining in a single assay the analysis of gene expression in individual cells with protein expression of markers of interest. The session will introduce the workflow, capabilities, and applications, and will conclude with a Q&A session and the opportunity to discuss project demos with the specialist.
The system stands out for preserving sample integrity through gentle microwell-based technology that prevents loss and recovers even fragile cells. It provides high processing capacity—handling millions of cells with up to 80% capture—and visual workflow quality control that streamlines time, costs, and decision‑making prior to sequencing.
