Genetically Modified Mouse Models and Applications
Xiangli Bian
Project manager at GemPharmatech
Theatre room, CiMUS
About:
Mouse models can simulate the environment in the human body and are widely used to study the biological mechanisms. Combined with the CRISPR/CAS9 system, gene editing can be achieved at any position in mouse genome. At present, many mouse model have been developed to meet different research needs. And we will discuss interesting strategies and their applications in this seminar.
