TALENTGAL is a five-year MSCA COFUND postdoctoral programme that blends top‑tier research with tailored training in transferable skills, shaping highly qualified professionals ready to excel in both academic and non‑academic sectors.
Promoted by the CIGUS Network and supported by the Xunta de Galicia, UDC, USC, UVigo, and more than 40 associated partners, TALENTGAL builds a powerful ecosystem for research excellence.
TALENTGAL offers 20 postdoctoral fellowships to conduct cutting‑edge, interdisciplinary and intersectoral research projects across the 10 research centres in Galicia within the CIGUS Network, recognised for their scientific excellence.
