Contract associated with the implementation of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
Work to be performed: Analysis of the molecula pathology of amyloid proteins (beta-amyloid, PrP, synuclein),
including biochemical and structural characterisation and in vitro and in vivo toxicity studies.
Functions to be performed: Isolation, characterisation and biochemical identification of amyloid aggregates, Cell
culture maintenance, Purification of recombinant proteins, Preparation of samples for electron microscopy, Support for in vivo experimentation with transgenic mice.
Workday: Full-time (35.0 hours per week) 10:00-17:00 h.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Baccalaureate or technical, polyvalent unified baccalaureate, FP II, FP higher grade, medium grade training cycle, or equivalent.
OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT: Research Technician in the field of clinic laboratory and biomedicine, Level of English B1 or equivalent, Other higher technical qualifications in the fields of health or chemistry, Creditable work experience in working with amyloid proteins, Creditable work experience in basic science laboratory work, Qualifying work experience in cell culture, Animal handling training (Function C).
