Sharing knowledge on cancer with the AECC

The scientific director of CiMUS, Mabel Loza, participated yesterday in the AECC- SEBBM Session. Where we are and where we are going in cancer research in which she highlighted, during her speech, the importance of basic research to understand the mechanisms, but also the importance of preclinical research, a pending issue in our country.

The conference was part of the 46th Congress of the Spanish Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, held this week in A Coruña, and included the participation of 15 speakers with different profiles, covering research, the media, institutional representation and patients, who gave a comprehensive view of cancer and current cancer research.
