Governing Council

The Governing Council serves as the senior governing body, comprising institutional representatives and welcoming the participation of social and economic stakeholders associated with Campus Vida. Its responsibilities include, among others, the approval of the Centre’s Strategic Plan and any amendments thereto, the approval of the budget, the proposal for the appointment and dismissal of the Director, the endorsement of recommendations made by the external scientific committee, and the incorporation of new research staff assigned to the Centre. This latter responsibility shall always be carried out upon the proposal of the Scientific Director and with the favourable report of the Scientific Advisory Board.
