The CiMUS Office of Economic Affairs manages and oversees all financial and economic activities of the center. This office is responsible for budget planning, contract and grant management, and expenditure control, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the use of financial resources. Additionally, it provides economic support and advice to the CiMUS research groups.

The CiMUS-USC Liaison Office is responsible for the decentralization process and management of recruitment calls for personnel funded by R&D+i activities.
